Service Description

* 1 x 70 minutes consultation where you have my undivided support in helping you with your health goals *An easy to follow, clearly set out personalised treatment plan *A personalised herbal medicine of choice - 100ml liquid tonic or herbal tea blend *15% off all supplements prescribed *Access to the Foundations for Health Masterclass which includes key learnings that support my clients through my 8 years of clinical practice. During this consultation you can expect - - A comprehensive analysis of your current and past health concerns and family medical history - Assessment & discussion of your eye - in-depth iridology review - Assessment of your current dietary and lifestyle habits - Discussion of your personal health goals and how we can work together to achieve them - Review of recent pathology results (blood tests or functional testing) - Referral for additional testing if required An individualised treatment plan will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days, comprised of treatment goals, dietary and lifestyle advice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation (as opposed to rescheduling), within 48 hours of the appointment, the initial consultation fee is not refundable. Appointment Changes: Clients have the option to reschedule their consultation, but this is only permitted once within a 3-month period from the original booking date. Rescheduling Procedure: To reschedule, clients must notify Sarah Emily at least two days prior to the originally scheduled consultation date. Notifications can be made through email or text message. Forfeiture: If a client fails to attend the rescheduled consultation or does not adhere to the rescheduling terms, the initial consultation fee will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
