Service Description

Review consultations are essential to assess your progress with your treatment plan & amend as required. This is to ensure you feel supported and on track to achieve your health goals. The frequency of consultations is highly individual and will depend on your personal health goals and your current health state. This review/follow up appointment includes - - Progress check in - Analysis of test results (i.e. blood tests, functional testing) - Adjustments to your treatment plan - Herbal & supplement prescription based on any new findings

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation (as opposed to rescheduling), within 48 hours of the appointment, the initial consultation fee is not refundable. Appointment Changes: Clients have the option to reschedule their consultation, but this is only permitted once within a 3-month period from the original booking date. Rescheduling Procedure: To reschedule, clients must notify Sarah Emily at least two days prior to the originally scheduled consultation date. Notifications can be made through email or text message. Forfeiture: If a client fails to attend the scheduled consultation or does not adhere to the rescheduling terms, the consultation fee will be forfeited & will need to be paid in full, no refunds will be issued.
