Initial Consultation

Service Description

A 70 min in-depth consultation. This initial consultation is where we fact find - looking at past & present stressors, lifestyle & diet, medications & supplements & do a complete body systems review. During this consultation you can expect - - A comprehensive analysis of your current and past health concerns and family medical history - Assessment & discussion of your eye - in-depth iridology review - Assessment of your current dietary and lifestyle habits - Discussion of your personal health goals and how we can work together to achieve them - Review of recent pathology results (blood tests or functional testing) - Referral for additional testing if required An individualised treatment plan will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days, comprised of treatment goals, dietary and lifestyle advice and may include a prescription of herbal medicine and/or nutritional supplementation & recipes as required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation (as opposed to rescheduling), within 48 hours of the appointment, the initial consultation fee is not refundable. Appointment Changes: Clients have the option to reschedule their consultation, but this is only permitted once within a 3-month period from the original booking date. Rescheduling Procedure: To reschedule, clients must notify Sarah Emily at least two days prior to the originally scheduled consultation date. Notifications can be made through email or text message. Forfeiture: If a client fails to attend the scheduled consultation or does not adhere to the rescheduling terms, the consultation fee will be forfeited & will need to be paid in full, no refunds will be issued.
